Bodies in Motion, Minds at Rest
This award-winning website focuses on both mental & physical aspects of teen health.  You'll find plenty of info. on diet and exercise, substance abuse, stress, skin care, and more.  One particularly nice feature allows you to choose areas on the "Clickable Person" to find exercises that tone specific parts of the body.  Other interactive features include: exercise progress charts, an online cookbook that you can add recipes to, quizzes to determine your fitness level, and a chat room that allows you to talk to athletes, trainers, & other teens about your health concerns.

United States Government: Food and Nutrition Information Center
Your source for any food-related information, this government-sponsored web site covers the gamut of food from soup to nuts and nutrition from the cradle to the grave.  LINK TO: MyPlate.gov

Shape up America!
Measure your own body fat, or, just for fun, check out the body fat levels of every U.S. president on this web site.  Fat's what it's about here...how to measure it and how to lose it.  Pros and cons of various measurement techniques are also discussed.

The Vegetarian Resource Group
Though not geared specifically toward teens, this frequently updated and well-organized site is in many ways superior to the Vegetarian Youth Network Home Page .  You'll find plenty of recipes as well as nutrition info. for vegetarians and vegans and even an online quiz you can take to test your knowlege.
